ls.m returns a list with m, N, alpha #13

Because alpha can be calculated from values of S and J provided by the user and also because the total number of individuals vary among runs of the function I changed the outupt to a list with migration rates, abudances of each species and alpha.

Including as a PR to check if the change of the class of object returned doe not break anything.

Sorry, I changed the vignette twice and created a conflict. But it is simple to solve, just keep the vignette of the dev branch.
