EdgeOS compatibility? #27

Hi,

I've installed this 3rd party package for WireGuard on my EdgeRouter X: https://github.com/WireGuard/wireguard-vyatta-ubnt

Looks like it doesn't have wq-quick either, would be great to make the script compatible with EdgeOS if possible.

We are also experiencing similar issue with OpenWRT: #5

As in the case of OpenWRT, I think it would be awesome to have a separate folder with alterations of these scripts to fit the requirements of specific platforms (like EdgeOS), which are not compatible with the common GNU/Linux automation. This is however a lot of work, as the platforms will probably be very different from each other.

Another possible solution would be to link 3rd party scripts in our README. A good example is this python repo for OPNsense. If anybody picks this up, we can start an internal discussion at PIA about linking such efforts in the readme.

I linked some 3rd party repos in the readme, however for other systems and distributions. As soon as somebody manages to get EdgeOS to work, I will add it to the readme.
