PIA-954: Fix geo-located regions wrongly showing on TV search after disabled

It fixes an issue where the geo-located regions were being shown while searching on the TV layout, even after being disabled.

• [x] After the above. Go to settings. Disabled geo-located regions. Go back to search. Search for a geo-located region. Confirm it does not show in the results.
