Re-enable PNPM nodeLinker #8

Should be able to be re-enabled after #7 is solved.

Eventually I wont be re-enabling the PNPM linker. It provides too little benefits and forces us to maintain a list of packages to fix the phantom dependencies of our dependencies (https://github.com/pianity/arsnap/blob/36913eb55275e55240a69d604bb8fc6fcfbc8db4/.yarnrc.yml#L24).
