[x] Update the Startup script to use :IsDescendantOf on security check
[x] Create new config values/ rename old ones

Re-write HTTPhander to:

[x] Use https://api.clanny.systems/rv4
[ ] Take body tables from endpoint module
[ ] Create new REQUIRED headers group-id Group ID key-id API Key ID (yes this new) authorization API Key roblox-id (automatically provided by httpservice)

Create Blacklist endpoints:

[ ] Get
[ ] Add
[ ] Remove

(Add and Remove may not be implanted on first release)

Endpoint modules

Re-write to automatically send body table to HTTPhandler

[ ] XP
[ ] RANK
[ ] MEDALS
[ ] PENDINGJOIN
[ ] BLACKLIST

On release

[ ] Make sure all endpoints have proper actions
[ ] Invalidate all old modules
