Support for fingering #26

I find fingering quite important for beginners - this could be the next step after hiding the notes names. As MIDI does not hold such an information this would need to be stored externally. Probably wont do this as I think the fingering should just come naturally without thinking about it.

Speaking as a father of a 10y - maybe it'd come naturally after many hours of practice. But piano teacher stresses correct finger placing from the start - maybe the reason is not to develop bad habits.
