My data card is not recognized by Android? Model: Huawei EC1260? #150

When i plugin the modem, the autorun is not starting the dialing app, i cannot 
able to connect to the internet. I wanna use android for internet, but the 
problem is android cannot recognize the proble. do i need to install any dial 
software? i am new to android, pls help me?
