0xlab already uses ADWLauncher in internal projects, and it is time to get it 
public along with several performance tweaks.

I have pushed some commits into branch leb-0xdroid on gitorious.

Includes these changes
1) Merge left patches from ADWLauncher upstream
2) Reduce drawing cache
3) Complete License declaration
4) Remove non-Apache license code
