Provide a downloadable copy of the .docset documentation file

The current version of doxygen has some conflicts that prevent it from running 
if you have a more recent version of Qt installed than is included in the 
bundle.  Additionally, it's somewhat complicated and time consuming to figure 
out for those who have never used it before.  So it would be nice to have a 
prepared copy of the .docset documentation file available for download (or just 
have the documentation hosted as raw HTML) for those who are unfamiliar with 
the doxygen system or can't get it to work properly.  Otherwise, we're kinda 
left to swim through the individual header and .m files to figure out how the 
framework works, and that sucks.

Docset files for both Mac and iOS are included in the latest release download. 
They will be included in future releases automatically.
