Improve examples module ExampleRunner #140

The examples module ExampleRunner UI is poor.  Perhaps it should be a
Piccolo2D example itself, with some ZUI features.

Improved in r876:

  Cleaned up ExampleRunner a little. Seriously though, there's not much that can
  be done without abstracting the examples so much that they are too complicated
  to demonstrate what they are trying to show.
