Flutter version: 3.19.3 Plugin version: 6.0.0 Android version: 14 iOS version: 17.4.1 Xcode version: 15.3 Device information: Google Pixel 7a

Description

What you'd like to happen:

I would like to be able to disable the picture-in-picture functionality of chrome as I rely on lifecycle events in my underlying widget and picture-in-picture triggers the AppLifecycleState.resumed state.
