scrollIntoView is wrong #2246

Flutter version 3.22.3
Plugin version 6.0.0
Android version 13

Device information:

Description

Expected behavior: behavior is ok

Current behavior: can not scrollIntoView

Steps to reproduce

l use IndexedStack contains some webview, when webview is not show on window, and h5 use scrollIntoView api, but nothing happen, l hope behavior is ok
