InlineText width is incorrect when text is justified #78

Original description: 
InlineText width are not correctly calculated when text is justified. This is a
problem when drawing selectedText as selected-background color is not filled on
all the text.

With the attached example, in Browser, Debug / Show / Show Inline Boxes

Confirmend this is an issue in HEAD, see PNG attachment. Marked as deferred for 
R9.
