Vertical metrics don't match the version we serve on Google Fonts.

The OS/2.fsSelection flag USE_TYPO_METRICS is on in the new fonts. The OS/2 typo and head metrics also match the winAscent and winDescent in the new fonts, ascent=1135, descent=-627, linegap=0. Previously OS/2 typo and head metrics were ascent=1050, descent=-350, linegap=100.

I'll reset the OS/2 typo and head metrics to the previous values and keep the OS/2.fsSelection flag USE_TYPO_METRICS is on.
