Some conjuncts seem broken #6

Diffenator is reporting that some conjuncts are no longer shaping correctly.

poppins_conjuncts

It would be useful to create a test html page which shows if every conjunct can shape correctly. it can be created from the conjunct names: glyph name dvB_BHA == dvBa + cvVirama + dvBa

ठ्य ठ्ठ are working in FontGoggles. I'm not sure why they differ with Diffenator.

I'll to double check if dvSHA_mvR gets a mark anchor when it shouldn't.
