Error while using in Popup window- Flex

What steps will reproduce the problem?
--> Open a MathML Editor in Popup window
--> Edit and close the Popup window
--> Once again open the new instance of MathML editor in Popup window - getting 
error as in attachment file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
... Error free

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
--> Editor 2.4

Please provide any additional information below.
-->Please find sample project in attachment.
-->Please add fontswf and lookandfeel folders into debug folder(removed due 
constraint in upload file size limit)

hmm, I am in the middle to change the architecture to display formula,
I need to add, stretching, linebreak and indent, ...
I will try to solve that for the new version

This isn't only an issue with popups. I've experienced the problem with 
viewstacks too. Flex SDK 4.6.
