Add Terra specific settings to the IDE Settings

Summar of scope

Create a separate page within the IDE Settings to be able to configure plugin specific settings.

Solution details

• Add a new Settings page for configuring the plugin.
• The initial set of settings could include:
  • Hide/show screenshot and spec stats in the Terra Wdio tool window. See TerraWdioToolWindowFactory. This should be a tool window action and not an actual Settings property.
  • Extend the list of wdio test root paths.
  • Enable/disable screenshot validation line markers.
