Investigate and add support for attached IDE projects

Summary of scope

Currently this plugin, and specifically the Terra wdio tool window supports individual projects opened in different IDE windows, but not projects attached to the same window.

Solution details

• Investigate whether it is possible, and if yes, how it is possible to support attached projects.
• If they can be supported
  • the Terra wdio tool window model should be updated to incorporate attached projects
  • should handle dynamically the attaching and detaching projects (look into the external file changes listener too)
  • the wdio root folder should be handled separately for each projects (it is handled this way for separate IDE windows but not attached ones)
