UI for querying data from a running WireMock standalone server

Summary

One aspect of WireMock that the WireMocha plugin hasn't touched yet is working with running WireMock standalone servers.

The high level idea for this issue is to first investigate and collect information on what information could/should be queried and displayed from WireMock servers, and how they should be presented on the IntelliJ GUI.
