Testsuite: removing extremely verbose xml messages from console (they're still logged using log4j into test.log file)

I've also added another commit for defaulting to the "ApacheXMLDSig" provider when building the XMLSignatureFactory. That's the name of the Santuario provider starting from v. 1.5, see http://santuario.apache.org/java150releasenotes.html . Failing to load that, we try other providers.
