Handle extremely high APYs #501

Somewhat related to #437. Some jars have extremely high APYs (due to low TVL etc) to the point where they don't make sense to show them.

I suggest:

  1. In the max APY card, don't show anything over 10k %.
  2. In the table, figure out what to display instead of very high APY values.
