This significantly improves the time it takes for users to see fresh data by performing a deep merge of incremental user model updates once there is a full, persisted user model available.
For example, if a user harvested their rewards on computer A, it would previously take up to 30s to see the update reflected on computer B. This cuts down the time needed to 4-6s.
