User History Testing #552

WIP - DO NOT MERGE

user history container has been integrated into the jar stats page nicely with regard for what to do if user has no history (page will look the same it did before adding this component).

more work should be done to determine the best way to represent more complicated transfers as well as try to add total tx value to the tx row Disclosure.button.
