Issue 1: The data cache is not cleared. Issue 2: Exclude tag: means to delete the tag which don't want. Issue 3: Save to tag files, not working.

You are not being constructive. I can clearly see why Toriato went away with issues worded like this.

Your issues 2 and 3 also do not make sense to me. You don't say what you are trying to do. if you don't express the issues you have more clearly then this is just not helping. You can write in your own language and translate if that is a problem.

Regarding issue 1, read #17, Tensorflow data cache cannot be cleared, it is inherit to tensorflow. Toriato's branch had the same problem, you can clear this cache by restarting the webui or converting your tensorflow models to onnx, which can be unloaded. To implement converted models in the tagger may need more work, but if you write the code I'll consider including it, then let me know.
