Ah sorry about that, indeed, forgot to branch off local changes before pushing a fix for someone,.

This usage is not yet what I had in mind, I was thinking about allowing devices in parallel, beside the default.

Dang, there was a third commit that was not ready yet. It apparently broke the batch interrogation. Now reverted.
