url to current page - not obtainable from theme

I'm working with Pico-Private. I have done login form in theme, because i want it on every page.

I need current page url to set 'redirect_url' for login page return. I tried:

• current_page.url - display strange data.
• url
• request_url
• and some other things that $was_in_php - without success.

I'm java programer and i'm incapable of understanding internals of picocms. Can anybody help me?

What "strange data" does current_page.url display for you -- can you give more context? That seems to work for me.
