My pico became nuts (several issues)

I'm gonna tell what oddness I faced for a good hour with my install of Pico (a very basic one with the theme magazine and the couple of plugins it uses)

• All the pages used to work perfectly.
• I had to update one of them (just adding links, nothing much...)
• The page suddenly refused to appear at all. It wasn't getting listed in the pages list and trying to access it via url returns me to the front-page (note it didn't returned a 404 page!)
• Tried to change the theme (just in case), still can't access it.
• Tried to purge objects in cache with Varnish, the page still doesn't appear.
• Tried to check all the logs I could, I don't see any errors. (Is there a way to put pico in debug mode or something?)
• Tried it in a local copy of the website using WAMP... The problem is still there!
• Got back to the main server and tried to take a page that works and change only one single thing (the title and the file name)... That new page is accessible with no issues!!!
• Tried to put the contents of the page with problems into this working page but keeping the .md name file... This page works with no problems!!!!!
• Tried then to give that file the right name... And it worked!! The page got back online!!

What just happened? Did something similar happened to someone else?

Just an educated guess: file permissions

Things like this might be caused by plugins, but since you're saying that it worked before, I don't think that this is the case here. So, the only thing left are file permissions. Pico doesn't do much beyond looking at the files in your content dir and taking them as pages. If the page doesn't show up at all, it could simply be that Pico really doesn't "see" that page.

Sorry to have forgot to mention it: I checked the permissions, they didn't changed, were the same for all the md files, old and new.
