Adding an entry for my ForceHttpsPlugin.

I've just reviewed your plugin and accepted your request. Even though I'd always recommend people to rather use appropiate rewrite rules with their webserver (e.g. Apache .htaccess RewriteRules) to accomplish this, it's nevertheless an easy way to achieve this. Great work, thanks for your contribution @alejandroliu! :+1:
