Input form elements transition to light mode delayed #364

Describe the issue

Input form elements transition from dark mode to light mode is delayed and thus inconsistent. From light mode to dark mode works just fine.

Current Behavior

Input form elements transition to light mode delayed

Expected Behavior

Input form elements transition to light mode with same transition timing as other elements.
