Update custom XamMac build step #7

Quick little update to accommodate the new OpenTK.Next, don't want to go to the trouble of removing Xamarin's version only to pull in a leftover outdated release accidentally.

Ouch! My apologies for leaving this thing hanging for so long; looks like you fixed this yourself shortly after I opened the PR, but somehow it escaped my attention for months (in fairness I've been distracted this year). Since the changes you made were identical to mine, there's no more need for this request, or its associated branch in my fork. I'll close and delete them, respectively. Sorry again for the delay!
