Remove Direct2D platform #2171

SharpDX is archived and no longer maintained. Does anyone use this or need it?

Considering that the Direct2D platform has some really obvious rendering bugs with Drawables, and that there wasn't an answer to this in a year, I don't think a lot of people use/need this.
