Form (Preview) does not work with F# #2602

Expected Behavior

Preview working with F# *.eto.fs files

Actual Behavior

OPens code insted of the preview

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. double-click on any *.eto.fs
  2. alternative: right click and 'open with...' then select 'Eto.Forms preview (Default)'

any freshly created F# project
