v0.2.0 /dev/ttyACM0 is not created #5

The latest uf2 image does not work as /dev/ttyACM0 is never created.

v0.1 May 2023 is the last working version.

This is a plain pico not pico W, plugged into a raspberrypi 4

@hasumikin, is this an actual issue?

As far as my Intel Ubuntu, it hasn't reproduced but I don't have an aarch64 machine. I guess there might be some problems with certain kinds of computers as several people reported that Mac has trouble with R2P2.
