Video for setting up IRC and the bouncer #117

Hi guys, could you please record a video about how to setup IRC to chat with you all and how to setup the bouncer correctly?

I've likely set my bouncer up incorrectly, as it keeps dropping messages or not providing me a full history (note that I'm assuming the bouncer works correctly and that I'm in error, but maybe there's a bug in the bouncer?).
