Additional accepted files types on pgs.sh #118

I've got a few file types in embedded libraries (not my first choice, but that's what is produced by pkgdown) that have files that aren't being allowed for upload:

.eot (font files)
.yml
LICENSE (no extension)

I think the yml files aren't a big deal, but the fonts would be nice, and I don't want to be breaking any licenses by excluding LICENSE.
