Prose: Draft from true to false potentially not functioning

First off thanks for creating these pico services -- they're awesome! I decided to give prose a go and migrated my unloved hugo blog over to it.

The core of the issue I wanted to raise is that I'm not sure the prose "draft" functionality for a post is working as intended.

Here are the steps I took to test the draft functionality (I'm publishing using the git action if that makes a difference here):

• Create a new post, marked as draft: true.
• Push to github/publish.
• This new post doesn't appear online, as expected.
• Modify the post updating draft: false. (I also tried eliminating the draft declaration all together)
• Push to github/publish.
• The new post is still not appearing online, which I would now expect it to.

I can access the post via direct url, so I can confirm it's published, just still hidden.

Am I misinterpreting how to use the draft feature?
