Add option to add multiple trackers to torrent #1285

I found there is a website https://newtrackon.com/list which lists trackers. I would like to be able to add all of them into my torrents, instead of doing it one by one, which can bring back to life some dead torrents with limited trackers in their torrent file.

I know this project is most likely dead but in case the author gets off his ass again, this would be nice feature to have.
