As a DS I want to create the first 3 steps of the pipeline So that I can integrate the Yolov8 with the new repository architecture.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Add Model Loader step
[ ] Add Callback Preparator step

Definition of Done:

[ ] All acceptance criteria are met.
[ ] Code is reviewed and approved.
[ ] The code is covered by tests.
[ ] Steps are well documented.
[ ] Docker images are updated on docker-hub.
