As a DevOps Engineer I want to configure a Github Action that runs the tests So that everybody knows, during a PR, if there's a code regression

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] A github action runs at each PR and runs the engine tests
[ ] A coverage report is computed and displayed within the PR historic
[ ] A test report is also displayed
[ ] Check with @revfyawo-picsell to configure Codecov and configure Slack bot

Definition of Done:

[ ] All acceptance criteria are met.
[ ] Code is reviewed and approved.
