As a Data Scientist I want to prepare RTE strategies So that the annotation teams can start the labeling process

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Meetup 1 with Sonia to present the scope
[x] Prepare the strategies on Notion
[x] Validate the strategies with @Valentin
[x] Check with RTE for the remaining questions
[x] Finish the annotation guide for Campaign 1
[x] Finish the annotation guide for Campaign 2
[x] Finish the annotation guide for Campaign 3
[x] Finish the annotation guide for Campaign 4
[x] Finish the annotation guide for Campaign 5

Definition of Done:

[x] All acceptance criteria are met.
