As a Data Scientist I want to develop the new bounding_box_cropper processing So that we can move on with the RTE project

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] A new processing is available within the picsellia-training-engine repo
[x] The new processing follows the new picsellia-training-engine standards
[x] The new processing extract the cropped bounding boxes

Definition of Done:

[ ] All acceptance criteria are met.
[ ] Code is reviewed and approved.
[ ] The code is covered by tests.
[ ] Documentation is updated.
[ ] Docker images are updated on docker-hub.
