Import remaining 100k images and apply cleaning rules

As a Picsellia engineer I want to import the remaining photos from RTE So that the Datalake is fully ready to start Data Science projects

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Import the images
• [x] Apply the right tags/metadata looking at the Excel file
• [x] Rename images that have the same filenames.

Definition of Done:

• [x] All acceptance criteria are met.
