As a Data Scientist I want to develop a new Model Version processing So that anybody can convert any model from a type A to a type B

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] A new processing is available on the Picsellia Docker hub, it takes a model version is as an input and create a model version as an output

Definition of Done:

[ ] All acceptance criteria are met.
[ ] Code is reviewed and approved.
[ ] The code is covered by tests.
[ ] Documentation is updated.
[ ] Docker images are updated on docker-hub.
