Allow specifying a cookie jar file on command line #127

This is useful to me to make full-text rss of my paying subscriptions.

Exposing it only for CLI doesn't seem optimal, so I'm guessing it won't be merged without server support. But I don't really know how to deal with it. (can't really put the cookies in the URL) Any recommendations?
