Cannot start this program because msvcp140.dll is missing from the computer. Try reinstalling the program to resolve this problem

'msvcp140.dll' is a dependency of Visual Studio. Try reinstalling and/or updating it, and let me know how it goes.

@yuvaldlv Is there a cold wallet tutorial? It's more acceptable
