Pi Node Not Working on Mac OS #12

I'm trying to get Pi Node running on my Macbook, but always get a "can't connect right now" screen. It used to work, and I've done no system updates. How do I get this running again for my mining boost?

Please contact the IT to be able to relaunch your node

How do I "contact the IT"? There's no links anywhere that I can find.
