Footer links and style #114

Description

We want to have a footer in order to share links to docs, social etc. Some of the links (like twitter) are not ready yet.

LGTM. Image at the end look a bit funky to me though.

Can you vertically center align them and/or put them on a new line? @dimarconicola

@MickdeGraaf they are already vertically centered. I should alter the Aragon logo in order to make it appear optically so.
