Balancer AWP token migration #99

Description

This PR replaces the current SET AWP token with balancer pool token. The redeeming is hooked up 1 level down so it redeems one level deep so does not handle balancer pools which contain balancer pools.

Note this PR will reset tx history.

Testing

Buy some tokens from the Uniswap market on the portfolio page.
Redeem these tokens for the underlying asset
