note limitations of imagery tag #11

related to #6 (I would remove "How popular are imagery services" graph as it is simply graph of iD use, but this note applies also to other graphs that are more useful, even if they are not processing JOSM data)

yes, sounds good and good clarification. You can remove the plot in this patch then I can merge it.

I think that it can be merged independently (I will try to figure out how to remove graph once I will have a bit of time - till that happens #6 can stay open)
