better describe bot graph #20

for example JOSM is listed - and JOSM is not a bot, but rather tool used by bot operators

some tools listed are used by a single bot (https_all_the_things) but it is exception, not a rule

I think the wording is important and I lack some deeper OSM knowledge for some details. Thanks for looking over it!
